“In the biggest languages, the voices sound nearly human.”

“…an impressive natural-like array of voices and great customer support.”

Macedonian uses a Cyrillic alphabet of 31 letters. Seven are its own or shared only with Serbian: ј, љ, њ, џ, ѕ, ѓ and ќ. Many people chat in Latin letters, writing kj for ќ or dz for ѕ, but a voice over script should be in proper Cyrillic. Check copied text for a Serbian ћ or ђ, or a Bulgarian й, slipping in.
Stress is regular. In words of three or more syllables it falls on the third syllable from the end. Loanwords and some foreign names break the rule, so preview them. Keep the grave accent in сѐ (everything) and ѝ (to her), which shows they are not се and и.
Nouns take the definite article as an ending, in three forms that show distance: книгата, книгава, книгана. Use the plain form unless you mean this one here or that one over there. Address the listener as вие in adverts and public notices, and write decimals with a comma. For brand names, set the reading in the pronunciation dictionary.

Preview the line first. If a number, date or abbreviation comes out wrong, write it the way it should be spoken, or add it to the pronunciation dictionary, which is on every plan. One entry fixes that word across the whole project.
Write it in Cyrillic. Latin shorthand is ambiguous: kj, gj and dz can each be spelled several ways, and a reader cannot always tell what was meant. Switch to a Macedonian keyboard layout, which phones and computers include, then preview a few lines.
No. The two languages are close and share article endings and the loss of most noun cases, but they sound different. Macedonian stress is fixed while Bulgarian stress moves, and the alphabets differ: Macedonian has ј, ѓ, ќ and ѕ, and Bulgarian has ъ, щ, ю and я.
