Write your script in Devanagari. If some lines are in English letters, such as "aap kaise ho", preview them before you use them. If your script already sits in a Word file or PDF, import it instead of retyping it.
Many Hindi scripts for reels and ads mix in English words: a brand name, a product, a tagline. Abbreviations common in Indian scripts, such as GST, EMI and OTP, are worth a listen too. If a word comes out wrong, add it to the pronunciation dictionary once and it is read the same way across the project.
Choose the register before you choose the voice. Formal, shuddh Hindi suits courses and announcements; everyday Hindi, with English words left in, suits reels and ads. Use आप for ads, lessons and phone menus, and तुम only for casual reels aimed at a young audience. End each sentence with a पूर्ण विराम (।), as in print, and listen for where the voice pauses.
What people make with Hindi voice over
Festival offer reels
Write a short Hindi greeting for a Diwali, Holi or Raksha Bandhan offer, then change one line for the next festival instead of recording again.
The same campaign in Hindi and English
Write both scripts in one project, give each its own voice, and export each version, so a sale goes out in both languages on the same day.
Lessons for Hindi-medium students
Turn lesson notes into narration for coaching classes, with one voice across every chapter so the course sounds like one teacher.
Shop and office phone menus
Write the welcome message and menu options once, and regenerate one line when an offer or your opening hours change.

Preview the line first. If a number, date or abbreviation comes out wrong, write it the way it should be spoken, or add it to the pronunciation dictionary, which is on every plan. One entry fixes that word across the whole project.
Yes, you can type it. Preview every line written in English letters before you generate, and if a word sounds wrong, respell it or add it to the pronunciation dictionary. Writing Hindi words in Devanagari, and keeping brand names in English letters, gives you the most control.
Either is fine to type. Pick one style for the whole script and preview a line with a number before you generate. If it is read the wrong way, write the number out in words, for example पच्चीस instead of 25, or add a pronunciation entry for it.
