“In the biggest languages, the voices sound nearly human.”

“…an impressive natural-like array of voices and great customer support.”

Saudi Arabic is not one dialect. Riyadh and the centre speak Najdi, Jeddah, Makkah and Madinah speak Hijazi, and the Eastern Province sounds closer to Bahrain and Kuwait. Most Saudis say ابغى or ابي for I want, where Standard Arabic says أريد. Pick a Saudi voice for ads, app guides and social posts aimed at Saudis, and Standard Arabic for legal and government text.
Write for one region at a time. A Riyadh script asks وش for what. A Jeddah script asks ايش and often turns ث into t or s, so ثلاثة sounds like talata. Mixing the two in one script sounds odd to Saudi ears. Spelling varies, so write the sound you want and set any stubborn word in the pronunciation dictionary.
Founding Day on 22 February and National Day on 23 September each bring a wave of brand messages, and Riyadh Season adds more through the winter. Even in dialect, Saudi scripts keep greetings polite: يعطيك العافية thanks someone for their effort, and هلا والله welcomes a guest.

Preview the line first. If a number, date or abbreviation comes out wrong, write it the way it should be spoken, or add it to the pronunciation dictionary, which is on every plan. One entry fixes that word across the whole project.
Match it to where most of your listeners live. Najdi suits Riyadh and the centre; Hijazi suits Jeddah, Makkah and Madinah. Saudis understand both. For a nationwide message, keep the wording plain, skip the most local words and play the script in each voice.
Only in the east. Speech in Dammam and Al-Ahsa is close to Kuwaiti and Bahraini, but Najdi and Hijazi have their own sounds and words. A Kuwaiti follows a Riyadh script easily yet hears at once that it is Saudi. For one Gulf-wide ad, Standard Arabic is safer.
