Kuwaiti Arabic is a Gulf dialect, and Kuwaiti TV drama has carried its sound around the region for decades. Its best known habit turns many j sounds into y: رجّال (man) becomes ريّال and دجاج (chicken) becomes دياي. Choose it when a brand talks to Kuwaitis as a neighbour would; for a ministry notice, Standard Arabic fits better.
Spell those y forms on purpose. If the script says رجّال, the voice reads the Standard j and the line suddenly sounds like the news. Kuwaitis also write جذي (like this) but say it with ch, so try چذي if the voice reads a j. Spelling is not standardised, so test both forms and fix a stubborn word in the pronunciation dictionary.
Everyday Kuwaiti says وايد for a lot, الحين for now and شلونك for how are you. Older words from the sea trade years survive, such as دريشة (window), borrowed from Persian. Hala February, the month of National Day and Liberation Day, is a common moment for local campaigns and mall promotions.

Mostly, yes. Gulf dialects share a lot of vocabulary, and Kuwaiti dramas have long played on Gulf channels. Listeners will still hear that it is Kuwaiti, from the y sounds and words like جذي. For one ad across the Gulf, use Standard Arabic or make a version per market.
Yes. Young Kuwaitis drop in words such as okay, mall and weekend, and an ad that does the same sounds current. Leave brand names in Latin letters and play the line, because Latin words inside right-to-left text can shift the punctuation.
