“In the biggest languages, the voices sound nearly human.”

“…an impressive natural-like array of voices and great customer support.”

Liaoning speech is part of Northeastern Mandarin, which sits close to the standard language. Scripts are written in plain standard Chinese. The difference lies in the delivery: tones and intonation that most Chinese listeners recognise at once, partly thanks to Northeastern comedians on television and hosts on livestream shopping channels.
Colloquial words carry much of the flavour. 唠嗑 means to chat, 贼 means very in casual speech, 老铁 is a close friend, and 嘎哈 asks what someone is doing. They suit ads, vlogs and comedy, but sound out of place in a formal notice. Spellings such as 嘎哈 are informal and vary, so play each line that uses one.
Liaoning is not uniform either. Speech in Dalian is closer to that of Shandong's Jiaodong peninsula than to Shenyang, so test a Dalian script first. Rare characters in place names, such as 鲅 in 鲅鱼圈 or 岫 in 岫岩, are worth a listen, and the pronunciation dictionary can fix any slip. With one male and one female voice, you can stage a short dialogue between a host and a guest.

It is one part of it. Northeastern Mandarin covers Heilongjiang, Jilin and most of Liaoning, and the three provinces sound similar to outsiders. These voices carry a Liaoning accent. They will still sound Northeastern to listeners in Harbin or Changchun, though locals there may notice small differences in tone and in everyday words.
It is popular for anything warm, funny or chatty: livestream selling, short comedy videos, food vlogs and characters in audio dramas. For corporate training, official notices or content where the speaker should sound neutral, standard Mandarin from the Chinese page is usually the better fit.
