“In the biggest languages, the voices sound nearly human.”

Libyan Arabic runs from Tripoli and Misrata in the west to Benghazi in the east, and the two halves sound noticeably different. Like Tunisian, it says توا for now and باهي for fine, but some words are its own, such as هلبة for a lot and شن for what. Pick these voices for a shop advert or a community notice aimed at Libyans. Formal statements, and anything for several countries, belong on the Standard Arabic page.
Most Libyans pronounce ق as a hard g, so قال sounds close to gal. Writers still use the letter ق, which means the spelling alone will not show you the sound. Play every line with ق in it, and if a word you use often comes out wrong, give it a fixed reading in the pronunciation dictionary.
Italian words from the colonial years still turn up in daily speech, and young Libyans often add English. Keep foreign brand names in Latin letters. Write places as Libyans do in Arabic, such as غدامس for Ghadames, and check each by ear.

It depends on the region. Tripoli speech shares words like توا and باهي with Tunisia. Eastern speech around Benghazi has more in common with the Bedouin Arabic of western Egypt. Write for the city you are targeting, then play the script.
Libyan news, government notices and schoolbooks use Standard Arabic, and listeners expect it there. A wedding hall promo or a social video sounds friendlier in dialect. Keep each sentence in one register, since a half fusha, half dialect line sounds odd.
