“In the biggest languages, the voices sound nearly human.”

“…an impressive natural-like array of voices and great customer support.”

Azerbaijan has written its language in a Latin alphabet of 32 letters since 1991. The letter ə is the most common vowel, and people often type e in its place on phones, but əl means hand and el means people. Keep dotted and dotless i apart too: i and ı are different vowels, and capital i is written İ.
Azerbaijani and Turkish are close, but the spelling gives a script away. Azerbaijani writes q and x where Turkish has k and h, so qız and xoş rather than kız and hoş. Do not paste Turkish text and expect it to sound local. Russian names are respelled in the Azerbaijani alphabet, as in Puşkin.
Months are written in lower case: 13 oktyabr. Ordinal suffixes join a figure with a hyphen, as in 2026-cı il. Decimals use a comma. Address the public as siz, and keep sən for friends. Preview brand names and English loanwords, and fix any that come out wrong in the pronunciation dictionary.

These voices speak Azerbaijani as heard in Azerbaijan, where it is written in the Latin alphabet. In Iran, Azerbaijani is usually written in Perso-Arabic script and has its own accent and many Persian words. Write the script in the Azerbaijani Latin alphabet, preview it, and expect listeners in Tabriz to hear a Baku accent.
Latin. Azerbaijan used Cyrillic from 1939 until it moved to the Latin alphabet in 1991, and Latin is now the standard in schools, media and government. Some older readers grew up with Cyrillic, but a modern voice over script belongs in Latin. Convert any older Cyrillic text before you paste it, then preview a few lines.
